As part of UJE’s commitment to social responsibility, we were honored to support the Fullerton Lions Club Chinese New Year Lunch 2024 at the Singapore Expo, bringing joy to elderly residents from Boon Lay Community Club. This event fostered intergenerational bonding through celebrations, performances, and a meal, reflecting UJE’s ESG values of inclusivity and care for the elderly.
In appreciation of our dedicated technicians, UJE hosted a Deepavali Company Chalet, fostering camaraderie and cultural celebration. This gathering provided a well-deserved break, strengthening team bonds while honoring the festival’s spirit of light and togetherness. Supporting employee well-being and inclusivity is key to our ESG commitment, ensuring a positive and engaged workplace.
The UJE Yearly Company Retreat was a memorable and refreshing experience for our entire team. Set in a peaceful location, it gave everyone a chance to unwind and reconnect. One of the highlights was the terrarium-making class. It was a fun activity that sparked plenty of laughs and conversations. As we return to work, we carry with us our handmade terrariums, renewed energy, stronger connections, and a deeper appreciation for the incredible team we’re part of.
